Abstract:

We consider the linear equation $AX + BY = C$ where $A,B$ and $C$ are given polynomials from $K[s],$ the ring of polynomials in the indeterminate $s$ over a field $K,$ and $X$ and $Y$ are unknown polynomials in $K[s].$
